Spout to Spout

This style is the standard for the industry.  They have a spout on the top to fill the bag with and a spout on the bottom to discharge from.

This top design is perfect for that application where you need full access to the top of the bag. Normally this top is as wide as the base dimensions and the duffel's standard length is approximately 30" high.

This bottom design can include a standard top or duffle top and is designed for a single use where the discharger is required to cut them to empty.

This design keeps the bulk bag square and free from bulging over the confines of the pallet.  It is ideal if you have limited space in sea-containers or on trucks.

Circular bags are an alternative to the standard U-Panel or 4-Panel stitching design.  Circular bulk bags have fewer seams as a result of this construction style.  The tendency of polypropylene bags to tear at the seams or trap product is directly correlated with the total linear length of seams.  Circular bulk bags have fewer seams.

Untreated polypropylene is a good electrical insulator and as is often the case with products placed in the FIBC's. There is high opportunity for the generation of electrostatic charge during filling and emptying operations in an unprotected FIBC's.  This can result in an explosion!
Type C bags are constructed from fabrics having interwoven conductive threads and dissipate the static electricity through grounding tabs. 
Type D bags are constructed from antistatic fabric that includes static dissipative, antistatic threads and do not require grounding.
